DELIVERY & RETURNS

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Mahaashay offers free shipping to all major metros in India. Currently, we do not offer international shipping. The orders are shipped from our workspace in Mumbai and we have partnered with well-known courier companies for delivery.

PAYMENT TERMS

Mahaashay accepts online payment by cashfree or via cashfree on VISA / Mastercard / Netbanking / Amercian Express / Online Wallets. All transactions are encrypted and 100% secure.

We do not offer Cash on Delivery.

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND SHIPPING

An email will be sent confirming your order and we may contact you to reconfirm before shipping the product. Regular updates will be shared regarding the status of the shipment through email, we will be tracking your shipment and providing assistance whenever needed.

CANCELLATION

We allow cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order. To cancel the order, email us at care@mahaashay.com

DELIVERY TIME

Products will be shipped to you within 7-10 working days. However, for bespoke orders, the time taken for delivery will be longer. We will update you regarding the approximate delivery time once the order is confirmed.

The delivery times are subject to location, distance and our logistics partners. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities but will help you track down a package through our partner courier services.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

We have tried our level best to display our products as accurately as possible, especially the colour, texture and finish. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of colours since individual electronic display devices have their own colour settings.

We try and ensure all our products which are shipped pass our quality standards. However, in a rare case you find the order unsatisfactory, send us an email citing the reason within 3 days of receiving the product. We will be glad to provide refund or exchange for the product.

The product should have their tags intact and returned in its original packing. The product should be unwashed and in undamaged condition. Once we check the merchandise, we will send you an email confirming the acceptance of exchange or refund. Please note, the cost of the return has to be borne by the customer.

Care should be taken while trying out the products. If the item is found to be used and damaged by the customer, Mahaashay holds the right to refuse refund or exchange. We will accept the return within 10 days.  Refund will be made in the same mode as received within 15 days of receiving the product. Exchanges and refund will not be accepted if the product is not received within 10 days.
